Stephen Constanza is an illustrator who took piano lessons and went on to study music composition.
A big fan of W. A. Mozart, he wrote (and of course, ilustrated,) this book, which is based on a true story.

Looking for a theme around which to write a piano concerto, he gets inspiration from his pet starling.
Then disaster strikes. . . .
