Pair-Shaped

I once knew a guy named Allen Western. I always envisioned him standing in front of a large map of the U.S.A., with the caption, "Country & Western." Then I sang in a group with a guy named Lynn Holly, and one of the holiday tunes we did was "The Holly And The Ivy." I pictured Lynn in a hospital bed with an IV.
